Q. How should I set the price of the Worldmark Trendwest membership?

A. Keep in mind that a large part of Trendwest's price per credit when you purchased included costs to develop the resorts as well as market the Worldmark program. Re-sale buyers are generally looking to pay for only the cost of the actual membership. You should also consider the amount of banked credits you have available as well as the proximity to the next anniversary date. The more credits you have available and the closer to the anniversary date you are, generally can increase your asking price.

Q. How long will it take to find a buyer for a Trendwest Worldmark timeshare membership?

A. The number one factor is price. Re-sale buyers are looking to pay less than the retail price per credit. Be realistic about pricing the membership and feel free to adjust the price at any time throughout the listing period.

Q. What if I still owe a balance on the membership?

A.No problem!! Many buyers would prefer to take over payments rather than pay cash. We can advertise the membership to take advantage of this situation and find these buyers for your Worldmark Trendwest South Pacific Club memberships

Q. What if I am behind on dues or contract payments?
